Woolly Cushion Studio offers beautiful hand felted and knitted wool accessories which are all unique and individually hand made in Norfolk from selected British wools. These very special items are inspired by the stunning coastline and countryside of North Norfolk and are really designed to be treasured. Janine combines the traditional skills of embroidery, hand sewing, knitting and natural dyeing with a wholesome approach for the environment. Wool is a natural fibre, biodegradable and the use of natural wool shades avoids chemical additives.

Janine specialised in a B.A. (Hons) degree course in printed textile design at Loughborough University School of Art & Design and has worked in the fashion & textile industry before moving to rural Norfolk.

Woolly Cushion Studio supports the farming community by sourcing local British wool for a wonderful collection of luxury woven throws. This gives exposure to the rare, minor and traditional sheep breeds such as the Norfolk Horn.
